The proposal provides for around 255 residential units, with dwellings fronting the canal and includes the following elements:

  • A local centre of 0.3ha (0.75 acres).

  • New open space including play/amenity space.

  • Associated infrastructure including sustainable urban drainage and landscaping.

  • New vehicular access from Windsor Drive and Coate Road.

  • New pedestrian and cycle access points.
